Invitation au voyage di Louis Vuitton
Arizona Muse e David Bowie
November 14th, 2013
What do David Bowie, Arizona Muse and Louis Vuitton have in common? A masquerade ball in the romantic mysterious Venice, where 1700s-like atmospheres and an alluring melody frame the second episode of Invitation Au Voyage, the new Louis Vuitton's Advertising Campaign film.
A dream-like trip beginning with Arizona Muse's descent from a hot-air baloon in Piazza san Marco. She's immediately captured by an enchanting melody that led her to a palace where is awaited by David Bowie who is playing and singing a special version of his “I'd rather be high” with an harpscord. The model plunges in a Venetian-style masquerade ball crowded with strange characters from another time. This onirical setting pushes her to close her eyes and experience the ecstasy but, when she opens her eyes, the magic is vanished. Arizona is alone in a room and there's nothing but a her Vivienne Louis Vuitton bag where she finds the melody's sheet music, proof of her magic adventure. We then see her boarding on a Chinese ship and leave for another trip. Perhaps, the next Louis Vuitton's stop.
