Mirit Weinstock, israeliana di Haifa, è una talentuosa designer che crea arte, abiti e, soprattutto, gioielli. Abitualmente influenzata dal mondo della natura sia nella scelta dei materiali sia nelle forme delle sue creazioni, si ispira per la collezione estiva 2013 alla figura dei clowns. Il suo approccio con queste colorate creature circensi è discreto, poetico, quasi sussurrato. Sono i colori e le forme geometriche il più evidente rimando ai clowns: fiocchi, trombette, triangoli. La rafia lavorata a maglia incontra la porcellana e l’agento. Ogni creazione è realizzata a mano, con cura ed attenzione per i dettagli e si vede. Mirit Weinstock realizza una collezione originale, di un’eleganza primitiva,  con un richiamo all’infanzia che qui diventa chic allo stato puro.

Usually influenced by the world of nature both for the choice of the materials and for the shapes of her creations, for the 2013 summer collection she is inspired by the clowns figure. Her approach to these colorful circus creatures is discreet, poetic, almost whispered. The colors and the geometric shapes are the most evident reference to the clowns: bows, horns, triangles. Hand wrought raffia meets porcelain and silver. Each creation is handmade, with care and attention to the details and you can see it. Mirit Weinstock realizes an original collection, with a primitive elegance and a reference to childhood which here becomes pure chic.
