Valentino and Giancarlo Giammetti Foundation is preparing to open the first exhibition space dedicated to the legacy of the two founders of the Roman fashion house. Founded in 2016 with a philanthropic mission, aimed at sharing the values of craftsmanship, promoting education, and supporting talent, this spring, the Foundation will open a cultural center in the capital that has embraced the Valentino brand since its inception. More precisely, in the PM23 building, in Piazza Mignanelli, which has undergone over a year of renovation under the initiative of Garavani and Giammetti. «Beauty creates Beauty» marks the philosophical belief of the Foundation, reaffirming its commitment to carrying forward the legacy of these two visionaries to nurture new creatives and entrepreneurs in Italy. «A true manifesto of growth, innovation, and cultural impact - states the Foundation announcing the new opening - that elevates beauty as a driving force capable of improving and inspiring reality.»

PM23 will be the hub of all cultural activities supported by the Foundation in the fields of arts, fashion, and creativity, acting to support philanthropic and social initiatives, promote artistic and cultural appreciation, and provide education and talent support. Moreover, one of the Foundation's main goals is to improve the quality of life for communities; to achieve this, it will establish collaborations with local and international organizations, ensuring continuity with the partnerships already initiated in recent years with the Bambino Gesù Hospital, the Policlinico Gemelli in Rome, and the Valentino Garavani Theater in Voghera. The Foundation aims to make PM23 a new cultural hub for the arts, with events, exhibitions, workshops, and educational initiatives to celebrate beauty and learning. The opening of the space will be marked by an exhibition paying tribute to Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti, who state: «With the Foundation, we want to share and give back to the world what beauty has given us, supporting talent, creativity, and culture so that they can be a source of inspiration just as they have been for us. We firmly believe that supporting talent, promoting culture, and helping those in need are concrete ways to make the world a better place.»
