Camera Moda Fashion Trust today announced the finalists of the third edition of the CNMI Fashion Trust Grants, the initiative dedicated to independent Made in Italy brands now in its third year. Cavia, Federico Cina, Floriana, Francesco Murano, Marcello Pipitone, Marco Rambaldi, Niccolò Pasqualetti, Saman Loira, Setchu, and Ssheena are the ten names that will compete for the chance to access financial support, as well as a business mentoring and one-to-one tutoring course offered by the Trust. Composed of industry experts from all areas of the fashion industry, this edition's committee will feature Chiara Ferragni (CEO and President TBS Crew & Chiara Ferragni Brand) and Elia Maramotti (Brand Director & Member of Max Mara Fashion Group Sustainability Committee) as Co-Chairs.

«I greatly admire the work of enhancing Made in Italy creativity that CNMI and Fashion Trust support,» said Chiara Ferragni. «Therefore, I am happy to also be able to give further visibility to these young creatives who I hope will become the big names of tomorrow's fashion.» On Thursday, May 25, the finalists will present their collections, showcasing their plans to use the funds available to the four winters, who, starting in June 2023, will access a path of support for the development of their brands. In addition to the fundraising results of the CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards, this edition of the CNMI Fashion Trust Grants can also count on the support of MAX&CO. and Fidenza Village, part of The Bicester Collection. Three grants worth €40,000 each will be awarded to three designers selected by the committee, while MAX&Co will award an additional €15,000 in financial support to a fourth recipient, or one of the three previously selected by the committee.

In addition, the designer chosen by MAX&Co. will collaborate with the brand on a special project that will provide the recipient with the know-how, resources, and distribution to turn his or her creative vision into reality. Instead, Fidenza Village will offer one or more designers the opportunity to receive a personalized mentoring program from experts at The Bicester Collection. Designers will also have the opportunity to sell their creations in a free retail space at Fidenza Village within the pop-up boutique, The Creative Spot, scheduled for 2024. The CNMI Fashion Trusts 2023 Gala Dinner, to be held on Thursday, May 25 at Palazzo Parigi, will be hosted by MAX&Co. and will feature Franciacorta as a wine supporter. During the evening, the recipients will receive their grants in the presence of the committee, journalists, CNMI member brands, and a select parterre of influencers.
