The show will be held at the factory the brand recently opened outside the city

For her upcoming menswear show, Silvia Venturini Fendi has decided to bring buyers, clients and the press to her new home in the FENDI Factory the brand opened last year in Capannuccia. The show, to be held in the late afternoon of June 15, will take place as part of the Pitti Immagine Uomo schedule, which, after past presentations and runway shows by Ann Demeulemeester and Martine Rose, is becoming an increasingly important event in the mainstream fashion world.«I am thrilled that the next Men’s Show will take place in such a special location to me, the pulsing heart of Fendi, a place symbolic of creation, where development, innovation, craftsmanship training and production are reunited under the same roof. It will be such a unique occasion to see our products take life exactly where our Artisans make them, letting them take centre stage on that day», creative director Silvia Venturini Fendi said in a statement to the press.
Given the recent trend of wearable fashion and Venturini Fendi's emphasis on the importance of product in his statement, it is surely to be expected that in the next collection the importance on tailoring, luxurious materials, and craftsmanship will be huge - especially since the Capannuccia factory is a symbol of the brand's excellence renewed for a new generation of artisans and workers. For the next menswear season, FW24 next January, the brand will return to its traditional spaces in Milan.
