Edwin's new FW21 collection
Military aesthetic meets the laid-back silhouettes of Japanese streetwear
October 5th, 2021
Edwin presented the lookbook of its new FW21 collection. The overall aesthetic that dominates the new winter range always remains in the wake of military aesthetics, with its fabrics and details, updated with wide and flowing streetwear silhouettes – a union of rigor and softness to which the brand had widely accustomed the public. The novelty, however, lies in the upgrade in the vision and design process of the brand that this year has collaborated with a designer specialized in knitwear, has refined the construction and selection of outerwear and an update of materials such as alpaca and mohair.
The outwear selection opens with the Oversized Nakkia Puffa Jacket, while the quilted Camper Vest and shelter jacket are designed to be recombined together offering a modular solution to protect yourself from the cold. The work on knitwear has been deepened and the brand's offer expanded with a range of items ranging from the daily garment to the most luxurious options. Finally, there was also an update in the selection of trouser sizes with color block chinos, utility pants and fabrics with leopard and marbled effects were added.
