First rule: bucket hats all year round

Barcelona is the summer city par excellence. Famous all over the world for its art, its food, its music and its free and relaxed lifestyle, the capital of Cataluña has become a world symbol of fun and summer life. It is precisely here that Cold Flowers Cartel was born, a brand new independent brand that has decided to enter the streetwear market focusing on one of the most fundamental staples of the summer wardrobe and beyond: the bucket hat. For years now the bucket hat has made its great return, in all shapes and colors, riding the long wave of 90s nostalgia but also the new search for genderless and versatile garments capable of adapting to every season and immediately elevating every outfit.
The joy and irony that the three co-founders of the brand have poured into their first collection of bucket hats uses the metaphor of flowers to tell the lightness of the holiday lifestyle and the hats of the collection are born precisely to be worn in the most beautiful moments of summer.
The very idea of the name of the brand, which combines the edginess of the signs and the joy of the flowers, came to the founders during a dinner in Barcelona, in a pizzeria called Traficantes de Harina. It is from the signs of Cali and Sinaloa that the first two bucket hat models are named, while a third silhouette has been called Nagasaki.
Cali models are composed of cotton with a contrasting two-tone corduroy brim, are reversible and have a secret pocket inside and a metal eyelet decorated with a petal. The models of the Sinaloa line, on the other hand, have a similar cotton construction but are decorated with a rubber patch and removable laces on the sides. Finally, the Nagasaki model possesses a more ripstop nylon techwear construction, a mesh inner lining, laces and a small cargo pocket.
