The first Made in Italy Suicoke, by Marsèll
A super limited edition collaboration featuring a genderless sandal
May 27th, 2021
Over the course of the seasons, Suicoke has become synonymous and a symbol of a deeply Japanese aesthetic, which has made clean and unusual design its greatest strength. Now the first Suicoke Made in Italy takes shape, the one created by Marsèll, the Italian brand that specialized in the production of leather accessories, which gave its own interpretation of Japanese taste.
The result is a silhouette that combines the Japanese vision and the quality of Italian manufacture, in a creative process based on concepts such as respect, reuse, transformation, enhancement. Suicoke and Marsèll, therefore, meet in a leather sandal with a serrated rubber sole with a square toe, made of recycled material. The collection will be produced in a limited series of 1000 pieces, featuring a genderless model in five colour variations.
The collection will be available exclusively in 10 retailers around the world: SSENSE, Canada; Nordstrom, USA; Browns, UK; Andreas Murkudis, Germany; 10 Corso Como, Italy; Ekseption, Spain; Leform, Russia; GR8, Japan; Juice, HK; Lane Crawford, China.
