The 80s and streetwear in the new ISABELLA1985 collection
The made in Italy brand created by Michele Lamanna

The pop culture of the 80s and 90s and the Italian bourgeois imaginary of that period are the references that move the new collection of ISABELLA1985, the made in Italy clothing brand designed and created by Michele Lamanna affirmed 3D artist who wants to give his very personal interpretation of fashion and streetwear.
The brand is based on the desire to offer an intimate and personal vision of fashion through the search for cuts and volumes, in a mix of inspirations that investigates the mystery of identity in the digital age. This is why each garment wants to be the expression of the dualism that lives in the world of ISABELLA1985, a symbolism that also translates into the pentagram, the brand logo, a representation of the process of transforming the meaning of symbols in the era of Internet 3.0 in which everything can become logo and icon. Garment-dyed cotton and canvas garments find space in the collection, while the muted palettes and low-key aesthetics hide references to pastel goth, norm-core and other subcultures. Finally, the external labels, present on each garment, represent ISABELLA's desire to tell a world in which every perceptual balance can be subverted.
The new ISABELLA1985 collection is available online.
