UPDATE 07.28.21: A few months after the first official announcement, Salehe Bembury has published online the first photos of his collaboration with Crocs. The new design includes a totally renewed look for the clog, from the wavy pattern that characterizes the silhouette to some details present that recall another Bembury collaboration, the one on the New Balance 2002R.In the days preceding the publication of the photos, the designer had answered some questions about the collaboration through his Instagram Stories specifying, among other things, that the one then shared online is not a real color but a sample. Therefore, the curiosity remains to discover the colorways available at the time of launch, in addition to the release date at the moment still top-secret.
After New Balance and ANTA, Salehe Bembury will collaborate with Crocs. The announcement came directly from the designer through a mysterious Instagram post that anticipates the release of a collaboration with one of the most active brands in recent months. Although the collaboration still remains shrouded in mystery, the video published online seems to confirm the return of some recurring themes in Salehe Bembury's works. A collaboration with Crocs is not unexpected, however.
