Gentle Monster and Marine Serre present a futurewear collaboration

Gentle Monster and Marine Serre have joined forces blending their signature styles for VISIONIZER, a limited yet interesting selection of sunglasses for the SS21 season. 

For the Korean brand, the French designer has revisited the 2000s aesthetics by creating two models with a futuristic design. The first is inspired by the silhouettes of extreme outdoor sports such as snowboarding and features a curvy, thin, wrap-around frame in acetate and rectangular-shaped coloured lenses, available in fiery red, silver and cobalt blue. At the centre of the frame, there is the characteristic crescent moon of Serre, while on the sides there is the inscription "GM". 

The second model, instead, revisits in a contemporary way the classic aerodynamic frame of the glasses worn by cyclists. The VISIONIZER II stand out for their thick temples, on which, in silver colour, we find the logo of Marine Serre. Available in black, grey and white, the frames are all colour matched with contrasting lenses giving the pair a perfect futurewear look. 

Each Marine Serre X Gentle Monster eyewear is packaged in a sleek black case and is available for sale starting February 9, at MarineSerre.com, GentleMonster.com, in Gentle Monster stores and select retailers. Prices range from €200 to €270.
