Asics presents the new GEL-KYRIOS
The Japanese brand unveils the restyling of the iconic GEL-HELIOS

Looking at the past while focusing on the future is the philosophy chosen by Asics for its GEL-KYRIOS, the sneaker that reworks the design of the iconic GEL-HELIOS by blending tradition and research.
An updated silhouette, in which the upper part of the sneaker recalls the past while preserving the original materials such as mesh and synthetic leather, while the midsole recalls a modern aesthetic through the use of the FLYTEFOAM Propel system and GEL technology. The whole is completed by an outsole with a traction system designed to guarantee comfort and unique design. 
"Having worked on the design of the original 2005 GEL-HELIOS, I wanted to reimagine their most important characteristics through modern components that could recall the running trend with a street style" stated sneaker designer Kenichi Kawano, explaining the idea behind a sneaker designed to attract newbies and enthusiasts of the Japanese brand.
