The history and the secrets of Cartier unveiled in the podcast 'Cartier Confidential'
A brand new episode every Friday
June 5th, 2020
It is time for creativity.
Cartier has launched a new digital communication project: the podcast Cartier Confidential, a series of digital episodes created to share with the widest audience possible the history and the creativity that has been behind Maison's minds for more than 150 years now. Every Friday, on the official platform Podcast Cartier, a new short-episode will explore the women, the men, the travels, but most of all the vision and the talents that since 1847 have written and still keep writing the story of the Maison and its timeless jewellery.
Inspired by the motto: "The future re-starts today", the project started from the rediscovery of ancient values and the needs related to the state of lockdown that has forced the entire globalized world to stop, as it is coming out of its very first shared experience. The podcast's episodes will look deep into the most exciting stories and many fun facts about the Maison everlasting classics, but most of all about the people that made Cartier history.
Among the ones that are already available on the platform, Cartier looks into its past to tell the story of the "Panthère" Jeanne Toussaint, the creative director who introduced the ironic animal jewellery and the long-time iconic shape of the panther, that later became Cartier most famous symbol; it shines a light on the development of the worldwide famous Trinity collection; then, it remembers with love Louis Cartier himself, the "King of Jewellers" and the "Jeweller of Kings", who founded the Maison in Paris back in 1847. Simply irresistible.
All the Cartier Confidential episodes are and will be available at www.podcastcartier.it.
