Prada launches a series of digital talks on Instagram
The series will be called "Possible Conversations" and will talk about art, cinema and culture
April 10th, 2020
Along with many other brands that are gathering their creative network on their social channels to create digital content and interviews during quarantine, Prada has also launched its new project. It will be called Prada Possible Conversations and will see different personalities of the fashion industry who will explore various cultural themes during a series of live on Prada's Instagram channel. The first event will take place on April 14 and will see Pamela Golbin, curator and artistic director of Jacquard x Google Arts & Culture Residency, speak with fashion critic Alexander Fury about fashion in times of crisis.
Each of these conversations on Instagram will be matched by a donation from Prada to UNESCO, to emphasize the importance that the brand attaches to the preservation and transmission of culture. Prada did not specify the size of the individual donations. These conversations on Instagram represent an ideal digital continuation of the cultural agenda that, in normal times, the brand would implement through its own events around the world.
