Straight from the Nineties, the iconic FILA ADL99 is now making a comeback. The new FILA sneakers will be available in three new makeups. This new silhouette pays homage ta silhouette that made its debut back in 1999 as a part of the Running Man collection.
Right after the launch of the Tartan Collection, FILA - the historic brand of footwear founded in 1911 by the brothers Fila in Biella, Italy - is ready to write another chapter in its history. Remarking the past of its historical path whilst looking towards the future, the new ADL99 aim to become real stars of the sneaker culture and are celebrated by the styling of three among music artists and influencers (Claudym, Davide Dev and Margherita Berti) in this new editorial by nss magazine.
The ADL99 are already a classic in the sneaker culture. The fast-looking retro runner here is completely renewed and rendered with a mixed-material upper featuring embroidery detailing in the form of an eagle’s claw design motif along the shoe’s lateral sidewalls. The silhouette will be available in three different colourways, all of them inspired by the iconic "F" logo: on the first version, a white mesh upper is offset with black overlays and bold splashes of orange surfacing throughout; a second iteration is wrapping a white base in tan panels and bright blue embroidery alongside a red lining for a full retro appeal; in the end, a third model is seeing grey highlights and bursts of red added to a base of navy and white. Each colourway is mounted atop a white sole unit with added hits of color matching each upper.
The new FILA ADL99 is available in selected stores such as Rinascente, Graffiti Shop and AW Lab, and also online via One Block Down, Naked and Caliroots at the price of 99,95 €. There's nothing else we can say: they're already the must-have of the upcoming season.
