Supreme teases a collaboration with Jean Paul Gaultier

With a post just published on their Instagram page, Supreme New York has given a preview of its upcoming collaboration: legendary French designer Jean Paul Gaultier. 

Apparently, the NY skate brand and the French couturier might seem very distant, but we have to remember that Gaultier is known for his avant-guard and innovative designs and for his absolute creative freedom. He's well-known for his gender-fluid but at the same time sexy items, the cone bra he designed for Madonna is unforgettable. On its side, Supreme NY reinforces its position in the luxury market after the great success of the collaboration designed with Louis Vuitton.  

From the only image surfaced of the collaboration, it seems that bright colours and loud prints will dominate. The belt seems to be already the ultimate item of the collaboration, with its buckle with both the names of the brands.
