Fashion as freedom of expression in the SS19 Zalando ad campaign
Entitled 'E allora?'
March 1st, 2019
Fashion as freedom of expression. It's from this concept that the idea of the new advertising campaign of Zalando starts, a hymn to the authenticity and uniqueness of the people supported by claim E allora? (So what?). So in the TV commercial, director Jan Gleie follows with his camera an eclectic cast of kids captured in moments of daily life, between home, bus or on the street, proving that nobody is too much or too little. There are no limits and models to conform to and if someone tries to impose them, E Allora? becomes not only an answer but an invitation to rebellion.
This visual story mixes different personalities, moods and colours reflecting the same kaleidoscope of inspirations and offers of the SS19 collection, a wide range of over 300 thousand products including sportswear, street, romantic, elegant, casual, ... a global shopping experience which becomes personal and unique when choosing and shopping. All made even easier and more immediate, as Zalando points out, from the new introduction of free and easy returns within 100 days of purchase, secure payments and almost two thousand brands in the catalogue.
