Music and fashion Made in Florence according to Tropical Animals
The coolest and most avant-garde party of the city boasts many collaborations with fashion brands, EP and a recent street collection

It's Thursday evening and near Piazza Della Signoria, in Florence, resounds an alternative, avant-garde and fresh beat. That sound comes from one of the coolest clubs in the city, Tropical Animals, which since 2010 has opened its doors to whoever loves music for its unpredictable experimentation, to anyone who feels creative and communicates through their fashion soul.
Deux ex Machina of this project is Ricardo Garcia Baez, artistic mind of the Florentine party, the man who was able to blend two key themes of today's world, fashion & music, in a single reality, that takes life together on Thursday evening at Club21. The result of all this is the recent collection by Tropical Animals that, for the occasion, gave life to the #newravers campaign.
"The generations change, but the idea remains the same: for this reason (after a capsule in collaboration with the Florentine concept store SOCIETE ANONYME, sold out in 6 days) we decided to create our streetwear collection, which will be sold in the upcoming weeks on our site, on our partner Societe Anonyme and Farfetch."
Tropical Animals also stands out for its constant support for independent music labels, new projects and the ideas of young talents. Andrew Morrison AKA The Cyclist is the new Made in UK producer with which TA has recently created a new EP.
"The latter has been highly appreciated by professionals," said Ricardo "for the freedom of sound and the originality of the tracks that go hand in hand with the way we see the tropical project: free and uncompromising".
