The IUTER FW18 collection as interpreted by Luché
Eagles, skulls and cars as symbols of freedom
December 3rd, 2018
In the frame of the lavish Villa Tritone in Sorrento, the IUTER FW18 collection comes to life worn by a rapper who left a mark on an entire generation.
Luché, real name Luca Imprudente, has more than twenty years of experience in the Italian and Neapolitan rap scene, and his latest work, Potere, has just been certified gold record. His journey wasn't easy, as he recounts in his lyrics, but all his difficulties made him the man he's today, and one of the best rappers in the game.
IUTER has now tapped Luché to give life to the Free Spirit collection, free as its testimonial. There are in fact many references to the symbology of freedom, like eagles and other birds of prey, cars and skulls.
The FW18 items are characterised by specific treatments: screen printings, embroideries, applications, sublimation prints and high resolution jacquard patches. The Thunder print, featuring an eagle and the IUTER writing, is a silkscreen made of six colors, and it's the recurrent theme of the collection. The coziest and most comfortable pieces are part of the Teddybear capsule, where the main protagonists are textures like printed, camouflage or monochromatic faux fur.
