Fendi's latest project: Fancy Fendi

Dynamic, young and fresh: this is F IS FOR...FUNK. Fendi's latest project features the ultimate futuristic sneaker the Fancy Fendi, with a dynamic silhouette made of a wavy sole and the perfect mix of five different parts.

Leather, vynil and transparent mesh are the key elements through which the sneaker maintains the pure Fendi essence: the history, the research of fine fabrics, the relationship with young generations, active protagonists of today's world, always looking for something new and different, are all elements part of Fendi's DNA.

The project was launched with a special video which features the new Fancy Fendi sneakers alongside seven emerging talents coming from all over Europe, protagonist of a freestyle challenge. The result? A super fashion dance battle on the rooftop of the historic Palazzo della Civilità Italiana.

The word "freestyle" refers to an actual free style and evokes the concepts of team and crew, a philosophy in which the luxury brand strongly believes. This philosophy is a way of communicating with young generations through a unique language, following the idea of by-millenials, for-millenials. New generations make their voice heard through music and dance and Fendi joins them to create a real "young Fendi team".
