Gucci Menswear Cruise 2019 Lookbook by Martin Parr

Gucci has just unveiled the lookbook for the new menswear Cruise 2019 collection: a series of almost 80 photographs, created by Martin Parr (chosen again after the Time to Parr watch project) in Cannes, in some of the iconic places in the city of the Côte d'Azur like the Carlton hotel, the Croisette and the beach club.

The combination of the local tourists, tanned and in costumes, and the models wearing Scottish wool clothes, leather boots, printed blazers, Chateau Marmont sweatshirts, floral down jacket, fur, sequin pullover, skinny trousers or silk dresses with track pants and all the other eclectic and eccentric creations by Alessandro Michele, has a strong dystonic and surreal component that is the trump card of this project.
