Arc’teryx Veilance SS19 Preview

One of the leaders within the tech wear scene, Arc’teryx Veilance is always on the forefront of form and function, able to incorporate great sleek design with advanced technological fabrics, in a fantastic finish. 

Giving an insight into whats to come in the SS19 collection, we see the brand’s most versatile and adaptive range yet. 

“As we were designing this collection, the question we kept asking ourselves is how do we make it so each piece can do more? Why must every item only serve a single purpose – ‘those shorts are just for running, that jacket is just for rain’ – why can’t each do everything, and look beautiful in the process?,” Taka Kasuga, Arc’teryx Veilance’s Director of Design.

Working once again with Gore-tex, they’ve developed new and innovative fabrics to enhance the garments overall all functions without adding extra weight or unwanted excess construction. With a special focus this round on the packability aspects of the range.

“These are some of the lightest and most packable pieces we’ve ever made, but also some of the best performing,” Kasuga adds. “There’s virtually nothing you can’t comfortably do in them.”
