Ze-Knit: the future according to Napapijri The new collection of smart garments presented with the exclusive #Futurehood event during the Milan Design Week

Make it better.

Napapijri has clear ideas: the future of fashion is sustainable, functional, personalized, ergonomic, able to adapt perfectly to the movements of the body.

It is the same idea behind Ze-Knit, the new collection of 19 digitally-woven clothes, designed to save waste materials and reduce the number of steps for the construction of each product.

The new technologies allow the creation of trousers, jackets and sweatshirts with multiple functions, equipped with ergonomic points around the flex areas that allow the items to move with the body, improving comfort.

Ze-Knit Napapijri is not just about fashion, but it is a reflection on the future, on its geography but also on relationships.

Napapijri presented a preview of its new urban wear manifesto, which will hit the stores on September 15th, with an exclusive event during the Milan Design Week. For 6 days, #Futurehood reunited national and international guests discussing the theme of the cities of the future, through performances, workshops and installations, such as Murmure Wall, a lighting installation created by the Future Cities Lab in San Francisco, modeled by metallic lights and digital that served as a visual representation of the connectivity between cities and neighborhoods, or as Futurehood Atlas, a new idea of a map where the city's territory is reconfigured starting from personal relationships. Futurehood Atlas is constantly updated by users and can be consulted on zeknit.com.
