Gucci drops new chunky sneaker

As we reported earlier this week, the chunky aesthetic in sneakers doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon. Today Gucci gave their bid on the continued trend by publishing pics of their new chunky Rhyton silhouette.

The first edition featured a cream colorway with a big text Gucci logo on the side, which became a rather big success for the brand. In this new version, Rhyton web print, the logo has been replaced by three offset stripes in red and green on the natural white colorway, and theres a new black edition for this Pre-fall season, featuring stripes in Red, white, and blue. With a subtle Gucci logo on the tongue, and thin natural gum layer on top of the think chunky sole.
