Sadboys Gear accuses H&M of plagiarism
The black period of the Swedish retailer continues
March 12th, 2018
For H&M the troubles seem to never end.
After complaints of racism related to the now famous "Coolest Monkey in the Jungle" sweatshirt and, above all, after the massive decline in profits that led to the closure of numerous stores, the Swedish retailer was overwhelmed by a new plagiarism charge.
In fact, someone has pointed out on the Reddit forum the excessive resemblance between a series of H&M products and Sadboys Gear items.
The user Kakaloop posted next to each other in garments of the two brands, a t-shirt with the word "love" and a sweatshirt with pink, thus making clear the similarities between these pieces.
It is not the first time that the label of Yung Lean "heavily" inspires another brand: two years, in fact, it was up to Urban Outfitters.
Until now neither H&M nor Sadboys Gear officially commented on the controversy that emerged on Reddit.
What do you think? Is this plagiarism?
