The well-known streetwear brand Made in Virgil Abloh has decided to widen the sphere of its fashion audience and embrace a new 'crew' of possible buyers by designing two garments that, in quotation marks, can be defined as low cost.
Considering that the US brand has always been shown to have all the credentials to be define itself as 'luxury brand', today it has finally decided not to limit itself in anything, and above all not to prevent its most dreamy fans to possess one of his minimal item in the wardrobe.
Indeed now, in all Off-White stores, you can buy a graphic tee and a hooded in black or white version for $ 95 and $ 170. All right, it is not a literally 'low cost', but certainly compared to the usual standards costs are more affordable.
“The price tier allows for a new customer to see themselves within the overall concept of the fashion label” said the designer. "I plan to launch affordable collections periodically but with the freedom to decide where and when in each instance".
Something is changing...
