The choice of colors, white and red, is a clear reference to the Canadian flag, as well as the maple leaf stitched on the side of the sneaker; while the owl patch is a tribute to Ovo, Drake’s clothing line.

The nocturnal animal is also the most luxurious details of these custom shoes, which, in 18 carat gold and diamonds, also appears on the laces.
