AKIRA and Supreme together for a FW17 capsule collection

To inspire Supreme this time is a manga, but not a random one, an icon, a manga that led to the spread of the Oriental anime in the Occidental world, which influenced Michael Jackson and his Screme's videoclip.

We are talking about AKIRA, the result of the imagination of Katsuhiro Otomo, the story of Kaneda and Tetsuo, two best friends who live in Tokyo in 2019, destroyed and traumatized by a tremendous World War III.

For this capsule FW17, Supreme works with Katsuhiro Otomo to reproduce the philosophy of the anime in his street world. The collection includes a Fishtail Parka, Work Jacket, Coveralls, Jacquard Long Sleeve Top, Soccer Top, two Hooded Sweatshirts, a Zip-Up Hooded Sweatshirt, four Short Sleeve T-Shirts, a Long Sleeve T-Shirt, a 5-Panel Hat, two Skateboard Decks, and a Ceramic Plate and Tray. 

All the pieces will be available from November 2 at the stores of New York, Brooklyn, LA, London and Paris, while in Japan from November 4.
