Myths. Inspiration. Landmark. Friends.
For Gosha Rubchinskiy the Mumiy Troll is all this and much more.
He followed each of their concerts and often cited Mumiy Troll music videos and their style as one of the main reasons he began to be interested in fashion, pointing out when the Russian pop group, a kind of Soviet equivalent of Pulp or Oasis, had been important for him and for young generations in Russia in 1997.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of their album Morskaya (ie “nautical”), Gosha has decided to pay homage to the band by launching a limited edition capsule collection: a plush oversized round neck and two t-shirts. A curiosity? the capsule lookbook set is a wild beach on Russky Island, near Vladivostok, and the images also show the two young daughters of Ilya Lagutenko, the frontman of the Mumiy Troll.
