Kanye West in war against his insurance company The problem? The insurance costs for the cancellation of the Saint Pablo Tour

Llyod’s of London does not want to pay the insurance costs of the Saint Pablo Tour, canceled in November following the nervous collapse of the rapper. Last November, Kanye West canceled all the dates of his Saint Pablo Tour after the nervous breakdown caused by a mix of stress, dehydration and lack of sleep that forced him to end two weeks at a psychiatric clinic in Los Angeles.

The tour was secured by Llyod’s of London, which would have to cover the costs (about $ 10 million) if the shows were canceled or if the 40-year-old artist had not presented for reasons related to his health. Too bad, however, that ten months after the incident the company has not yet paid the agreed sum, pushing West to sued it, at the beginning of August, through his company Very Good Turing.

In response now Lloyd’s of London has counter-sued the rapper claiming as West was not clear about any irregularity in the clinic and crept history also that the breakdown of Kim Kardashian’s husband may have been caused by his habitual use of alcohol and marijuana added to pre-existing psychological conditions.

If this were to prove true the refund would be less.

Obviously, the lawyers representing Good Touring declared war on the insurance company, accusing it of not having evidence that can prove the addiction of their client.

Who will win in the end? Kanye o Llyod?
