The London designer stunned everyone at Pitti Uomo 92 with this surprise announcement

The London designer Jonathan Anderson surprised everyone a few hours ago announcing, during his participation at Pitti Uomo 92, a party with Converse sneaker wear brand to rework the historic model Chuck Taylor.
"I’ve been wearing Converse for years and years, so when they approached me I couldn’t turn it down because it’s something that I wear", said Anderson to Business of Fashion, "With the change of power and the oddness of where we are, you start to question what design is about […] Converse or Uniqlo serve an incredible purpose to me. They are universal and I would love J.W. Anderson to be that universal, but we don’t have that [production] volume".
The designer's brand, J.W. Anderson, is, in fact, the center of a repositioning, focusing on some issues with broadband collaboration with brands like Uniqlo. We know little about the nature of this partnership but Converse x J.W. Anderson would seem to concentrate on a "day to night" concept and resume the slow, chromatic fading of the brand.
