No doubt this is the moment of Moonlight. The movie direct by Barry Jenkins has just won three Academy Awards: the coveted award for Best Film, for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Mahershala Ali) and for Best Screenplay. Now the male cast of the film has been chosen to star in "Revelation", Calvin Klein underwear SS17 campaign. Mahershala Ali, Trevante Rhodes, Alex Hibbert and Ashton Sanders have been portrayed by Willy Vanderperre in an evocative black and white shooting in Los Angeles, just before the Academy Awards ceremony.
"It's an acknowledgment of remarkable actors who are revealing something important of being a man today in what they do", said in a statement the neo-creative director Raf Simons explaining the choice of the stars.
Another victory for a must-see film.
