No doubt: Stüssy stands for streetwear. Just take a look at the lookbook for its SS17 collection to be sure. If only a few weeks ago the brand payd homage to New York to and the most distinctive neighborhoods and its inhabitants with a series of shots by Tyrone Lebon, now Stüssy realizes some relaxed and easy garments that reminds of Los Angeles skater scene. The pieces are classics of the American sportswear: from sweatshirts to the bomber, through the tees with short sleeves worn over long-sleeved ones with a particular focus on fabric choices and color variety. The label founded in 1980 by Shawn Stüssy chooses velour, satin, lightweight corduroy, linen blends all in a warm-weather colour palette.
