How are you living the quarantine: fears and dreams?
The first few days, I could only think about all the things that I couldn’t do. I think some things that we used to take for granted will not seem the same for a long time. It’s difficult to live without the small interactions, the hugs, the high fives, or sharing a joint. We will take time to be comfortable in airports, at concerts, or public spaces.
Now, I’m trying to focus on all the things I can do. I’m trying new things in the kitchen and becoming more comfortable with new recipes. I’m getting lost in novels again, right now I’m re-reading The Catcher in the Rye. I can’t lie, COD Warzone is also a great way to chill, catch me at the Prison. I try to ride my bike once a day in Berlin’s Tempelhofer Feld. I’m also growing some chill plants at home, it’s so much fun and it’s also very rewarding.
What is your soundtrack?
Definitely a mixture, but hardly anything new. Young Thug, Rage Against the Machine, BadBadNotGood, The Ramones, Lynyrd Skynyrd, but I’m also playing my playlist of classic hip-hop back to back. Listen here if you want!
