How are you living the quarantine: fears and dreams?
Seoul hasn’t locked down the city but I’m just on my quarantine for like a month now. I spend most of my days home without some inevitable outdoor works. Trying to postpone all in-person meetings as possible. Usually, I spend time reading books I haven’t read for years, watching movies that were on my playlist for ages and trying to write and draw as my feelings develop into another.
When I first heard about the virus, I won’t lie, it brought me the wildest fear. I found myself consistently finding news about it, thinking “what if”. People can die in this disease, especially the elders. The first few weeks were emotionally hard, but now I’m becoming better. I learned that getting much information as much as I could is a good thing but somehow can bring more fear. If anyone is suffering from fear, don’t forget to connect your loved ones via FaceTime/online meeting. It helped me a lot when I did.
Now I’m quite chilled at the moment, trying to think about what I can do right now as a contents creator. Finding small happiness while at home. Currently dreaming the day we could freely go outside with favourite Spring/Summer outfits. This whole thing brought me to rethink how special those normal lives were.
