Schools have been among the first institutions to adapt to the new measures of quarantine. What are the pros and cons of online classes?
Since the first week of lockdown I started to follow my online classes, perfectly provided by my school. Fortunately, we have been able to keep up with the lessons on our schedule. Still, online classes have their limits. About my experience in this modality, I think that they were necessary to finish my studying plan. On the same time, though, it is easier to get distracted and there are less opportunities to share your opinion and intervene.
The Fashion and Design Industries have been aggressively afflicted by the COVID-19 emergency. As a consumer, but also as a future insider of those systems, what will be the worst consequences of this crisis?
Fashion is facing a hard stop, especially for what it concerns fashion weeks and editorial shootings. I still believe, though, that everything that happens has a bright side: talking about fashion, I hope that it will take this opportunity as a chance to re-invent itself and adapt to new systems of communication.
Your work is built on creativity. Where do you find your inspiration in this moment?
Isolation in your own home stimulates you to look for hints in what you have around, so it helps you to focus on things, objects, furniture, places that didn't mean a thing. Social medias are still a place to share new and interesting contents, so they are my first source for inspiration.
