How has your everyday-life changed? What do you do to fulfill your day?
A photographer never stops being a photographer, it doesn't matter what is happening. Of course, when you are not prepared to face the consequences, when you don't have the right tools, especially as a fashion photographer, it is not easy. Despite that, I found a motivation in keep taking pictures with the few things I have at home: I scheduled some “homemade-shooting” days, for which I prepare my settings with the junk I have home and using my sister as my favorite model. I think that anything can be a prop, if you know how to look at it.
Your work is built on creativity. While we’re all in quarantine, what is your solution to keep on being creative? Where do you find your inspiration in this moment?
Nowadays, hints come from anything that surrounds us. We are constantly bombed by images and visual hints, thanks to the variety of medias we have in store. Personally, I always take great inspiration from reading, music and observation of everything that is happening around me.
What is your biggest fear right now?
Right now, my biggest fear is the one shared by every one of us, I think: to not know what will happen in the future, a future that we can imagine only by hypothesis. Of course, there are a lot of uncertainties for every student and who, like me, is ready to enter the industry world.
What will you do once all of this is over?
I think that anyone is asking theirselves many questions during this period of social distancing, and tried to imagine and guess what could be the scenario when the pandemic will be finally over. Unfortunately, we can't know what it will look like, but of course we don't have to loose hope in what we would like to see in our future. Our targets will have to adapt to this situation, but they will never stop to be always our targets.
