How has your everyday-life changed? What do you do to fulfill your day?
My daily life has changed radically. As a student of Fashion Design Management I was used to hectic days that started at 9 am in the morning and ended at 8 pm in the evening. Because of the quarantine, I, like my classmates, was forced to slow down and change my rhythms. Now the days are marked by online lessons and assignments to be presented from lesson to lesson.
Your work is built on creativity. While we’re all in quarantine, what is your solution to keep on being creative? Where do you find your inspiration in this moment?
We all found ourselves working and studying at home, a place that is not usually used for these tasks. The first days of quarantine I had many difficulties getting used to the new rhythms and, above all, staying focused on what I was doing, so I started planning my days going to define a new routine that would allow me to better enjoy the days. At the same time, due to the lack of materials and the difficulty in finding them, I found myself exploiting everything I had at home, sometimes obtaining bad results, and others, incredibly unique.
What is your biggest fear right now?
I think it's the same as many: to get sick or loose my loved ones because of the virus.
What will you do once all of this is over?
I tend to be a very rational and curious person, but right now I find it hard to imagine a post-Coronavirus future but at the same time I have an incredible desire to see how our lifestyles and ways of doing will change following this tragic experience; hoping that this change, like every else, will bring a breath of fresh air and innovation into our lives.
