How has your everyday-life changed? What do you do to fulfill your day?
My daily routine has definitely changed. Due to the precarious situation I had to interrupt my curriculum internship, completing it through smart working. Since I returned home, I've been taking video lessons online and started thinking about my thesis. In my spare time, instead, I tried to recreate a workout to do in the garden outdoors, improving my mental and physical wellness. I am also enjoying spending time with the cats in my neighborhood that I love so much, and give me a great psychological support in this complicated moment. Finally, I am trying to detoxify myself from the phone and computer, using them only during the study or to talk to my family and friends.
Your work is built on creativity. While we’re all in quarantine, what is your solution to keep on being creative? Where do you find your inspiration in this moment?
During this quarantine I just create some handmade collages, experimenting my creativity. Then, thanks to this, I was able to create graphics using apps that might be helpful in my work. One of my greatest inspiration right now is the nature all around me. Regarding the news and initiatives of the industry, I constantly try to keep up up-to-date, commenting on and analyzing them.
What is your biggest fear right now?
Currently I'm trying to stay positive and I'm feeling good thanks also to the presence of my parents. On the contrary, I think that if I stayed alone in my apartment for rent in Milan, I would definitely suffer stress and anxiety.
What will you do once all of this is over?
Yes, I am reconsidering my priorities and plans. During this pandemic we demonstrated a great sense of cooperation and cohesion. I sincerely hope that we will all become more empathic and close to each other at the end of this crisis.
