Considered as one of the greatest contemporary Italian sculptors, Arnoldo Pomodoro works metals as if they were made of a soft paste, with great mastery and care of the detail.
He is more known as the one who integrated ancient and modern art in the rearrangement of the Poldi Pezzoli Museum in Milan, putting in perfect harmonic communication objects that belonged to a glorious past and his sculptures, that serve as a continuation of every element of the collection.
Tornabuoni Art in London pays a tribute to his brilliant career, exposing his works and interpretations of other artists, such as Fontana's Spatialism. The great evolution of the bronze master will be on show until April 16, 2016.
