Waiting for the bus forever

The long waits at the bus stop, the one in the morning to go to school, the one at night when you still didn't have a driveing license. Thinking and rethinking of many things, charging the iPod with new songs, making eye contact with someone and fantasize about the life of this unknown person or why not, imagine it's a destiny encounter, like in the movies.
The place where all this seems to be amplified is the historic bus stop in Preston, built in 1904, immortalized by the attentive eye of photographer Jamie Hawkesworth who, for four years in a row, has captured the faces and tried to steal some moments in the life of all those who have been there, and then went away, who knows where.
This interesting archive of souls then produced a book of his best shots, Preston Bus Station, which will be sold starting from December 2015.
