Many times we reflect on modern society: there are people who do it in a introvert way and other people who want to scream loudly their thoughts and vision of the world.
It's the case of Barbara Kruger, an american conceptual artist whose irreverent style is now absolutely recognizable: photos in black and white, often collected from old magazines, which are juxtaposed slogans, white text on red background, always written with the same character .
All that destabilizes the observer: at first glance it would seem to have anything to do with old advertisements reassuring, but after a quick analysis we recognize immediately the polemic intent of the artist against a mass society which is sick.
