Versace's new Soho Boutique

In occasione dell'apertura della boutique Versace a Soho, Donatella Versace ha organizzato un cocktail party nella nuova location, poi una cena esclusiva alle Waldorf Towers.La boutique è stata creata in collaborazione con l'architetto Jamie Fobert ,e il nuovo avamposto fonde le linee pulite e contemporanee con tocchi di un artigianato vecchio stile, come dimostrano le curve pareti in plexiglas poste su di un pavimento mosaicato ispirato alle basiliche romane. Molte celebrità erano presenti all’evento: Gerard Butler, Kanye West, Linda Evangelista e l'immancabile amica Lady Gaga.Il designer inglese Christopher Kane - che cura la linea Versus - durante la cena al Waldorf Towers ha raccontato agli invitati che la location è stata la suite di Edoardo VIII e Wallis Simpson, duchi di Windsor, quando risiedevano a New York, e che in seguito ha ospitato molte stelle di Hollywood, tra cui Elizabeth Taylor.

On the occasion of the opening of the boutique Versace in Soho, Donatella Versace has organized a cocktail party party in the new location, then an exclusive supper to the Waldorf Towers.The boutique was created in collaboration with London architect Jamie Fobert, the new outpost melds clean, contemporary lines with old-world artisanal touches, as evidenced by curved Plexiglas partitions hung above a mosaic-tile floor inspired by Roman basilicas.  A lot of fame were at the event:  Gerard Butler, Kanye West, Tidy Evangelist and the unfailing friend Lady Gaga. The English designer Christopher Kane - that treats the line Versus - during the dinner to the Waldorf Towers told to the guests that the location was  the suite of Edoardo VIII and Wallis Simpson, dukes of Windsor, when resided in New York, and then accommodated a lot of stars of Hollywood, like Elizabeth Taylor.
