Il costruttore Mohamed Hadid ha appena listato la sua nuova mega villa, giustamente soprannominato Le Palais, per un enorme cifra di 58 milioni di dollari. Le Palais, situato a 904 Drive North Crescent, è composto 48 mila metri quadrati e affaccia proprio di fronte il Beverly Hills Hotel.

La villa è in stile francese con gli esterni in pietra calcarea e interni in stile contemporaneo, si sviluppa su tre piani e dispone di 7 camere da letto e 11 bagni. Tre stanze da bagno aggiuntive sono nelle aree esterne. Una sala marocchina, 5000 bottiglie di vino in una cantina, un maestoso bagno turco con colonne egiziane di pietra calcarea intagliate a mano e pareti in marmo, 36 metri di piscina al coperto, 50 posti a sedere in una sala cinema, piscina all'aperto, un cigno, lo stagno, numerose sculture all'aperto, 10 box auto e molto altro ancora.

Mohamed ha ammesso che al posto ha dato la sua impronta, ma spera che qualcun altro possa godere dei propri tocchi personali. "Questa villa è stata costruita su misura per me, ma l'ho fatto con il pensiero che c'è una persona là fuori che amerebbe vivere qui quanto me…Io costruisco case come castelli, ma mi assicuro che sono caldi e accoglienti" ha detto Mohamed.

Mohamed acquistò Le Palais per 50 milioni di dollari e ora è sul mercato per 58, che la rende una delle case più costose in vendita negli Stati Uniti al momento.
