During this long quarantine, Kylie Jenner has taken the concept of lockdown shopping to another level.
The young businesswoman has just bought a new $36.5M USD house. Initially listed for $55 million, the price of the mansion was then reduced from $45 million to the current figure due to the pre-existing relationship between the former owner and Kylie.
Kylie and Stormi, her two-year-old daughter, as reported in several posts on Instagram, have already moved into the property located in the prestigious Los Angeles neighborhood of Holmby Hills, which covers 0.83 acres and includes a large 15,350-square-foot one-story main house and two guest apartments. A luxurious and modern style design dominates the interior of the estate which features 7 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a chef's kitchen with marble worktops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area, a living room with fireplace and bar area, a magnificent rectangular swimming pool, a spa, an outdoor projection screen, a private indoor theatre, a bar, games rooms, a gym and a sports area with basketball court. In addition, Kylie also benefits from approximately 5,000 square meters of covered patio space and 20 parking spaces.
